Do I need prior experience?
No! Our Reformer classes are designed for everyone. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or have years of experience, our instructors provide modifications and progressions to support all fitness levels.

 

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip/Pilates socks are required for all classes and are available for purchase at the studio if you don’t have a pair.

 

How do I sign up for a class?
You can book your class through the MINDBODY app. Simply download the app, search for Balance by Shawna B, and reserve your spot.

 

How early should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled class time so you can get settled and ready to begin on time.

 

What if I’m new to Reformer Pilates?
That’s perfectly okay! Our instructors will guide you through the movements and help you feel comfortable using the reformer. We recommend arriving a few minutes early so your instructor can introduce you to the machine.

 

What is the cancellation and no-show policy?
Classes must be canceled at least 8 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid fees.
• Late cancellations will result in a $15 cancellation fee.
• Failure to attend your scheduled class will result in a $25 no-show fee.
